I’m a technologist, computer science professor, and progressive running for Congress in Pennsylvania’s 3rd District. For over a decade, I’ve worked in Philadelphia communities to expand access to STEM and reduce the harms of exclusion—because I’ve seen how access creates opportunity, and how absence at the table deepens inequality.

We’re at a pivotal moment. Breakthroughs in AI, autonomous systems, digital finance, and medical science are reshaping every part of our lives—but without the right leadership, they risk widening existing gaps. I’m running because Washington isn’t keeping up. We need leaders who understand these changes and will act—strengthening our economy, education, and healthcare while protecting communities from being left behind. In Congress, I’ll fight to rein in Big Tech’s unchecked influence and ensure innovation works for everyone, not just for profit.
